As the festive season approaches, the Freedom One Life team will be taking some well deserved time to recharge and celebrate with loved ones. Here’s everything you need to know about our festive opening hours and how you can stay connected with us if you need support during this time.
Festive Closure
Our offices will be closed from 24th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025. During this time, we will not be available for standard queries, orders, or test drives.
Emergency Support for Series 5 Owners
We understand that your Series 5 powerchair is essential for your independence and enjoying the Christmas period with your friends and family. That’s why we’ve got you covered during the holiday break with our dedicated WhatsApp channel for emergency support.
If you experience any issues that require urgent assistance, simply reach out to us on WhatsApp, and one of our team members will get back to you as quickly as possible. While we might not have full access to our resources and may not be able to physically get to you during this time due to the nature of the nationwide holiday, we will do our best to guide you and support you until things reopen.
